Jaisheel Chhatrawala is a visionary leader with a demonstrated history of working in computer vision, digital image processing, and embedded hardware/firmware engineering. With more than five years of experience, Jaisheel is a certified ScrumMaster® and a computer vision strategist. He has contributed to the organization's goals by creating high-performing delivery teams, objectives, and goals. Currently, Jaisheel is working as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Lead) at L&T Technology Services Ltd. He is responsible for Machine/Computer Vision, Digital Image Processing, Deep Learning-based similar digital transformation solution practice. He has worked on a wide spectrum of products and solutions catering to multiple industry portfolios such as industrial product & machinery, cryogenics, medical & healthcare, industrial automation, oil & gas, power electronics, and many more. Jaisheel has leveraged his full range of competencies in growing business with product development, algorithm building, embedded engineering, and documentation engineering for streamlining digital thread in real-time industries. He has defined overall service life calculation and reliability at board level and also for the component level. He takes responsibility for the design and overall quality of the hardware and provides leadership and guidance for junior engineers. Jaisheel has good debugging skills and troubleshooting ability to resolve critical issues. He has excellent communication skills and experience of communication with clients. He specializes in program management, digital transformation, sales & business development, engineering solutions in machine vision, digital image processing, and similar key solutions. In his previous roles, Jaisheel worked as a Research Intern at the Institute for Plasma Research and as a Department Placement Coordinator (Lead) at Nirma University. He has a post-graduation degree in Embedded Systems from Nirma University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Vishwakarma Government Engineering College. He also holds a High School Diploma in Science Stream from Kameshwar Vidyalaya, Ahmedabad, and a Senior KG degree in Learning from Prakash Higher Secondary School. Jaisheel's tech stack includes computer vision, image processing, AI, deep learning, infra, and research scientist. With 4.78 years of relevant experience, Jaisheel is an upcoming TedX speaker and has delivered more than 30 speeches as a computer vision strategist.
